Over the course of three months, you’ll receive:

Seven 60-minute coaching sessions (via Zoom)
Thoughtfully spaced to build momentum and allow for deep reflection.

One 30-minute ad hoc check-in
For when something comes up and you need support in real-time.

Bi-weekly text check-ins
Quick, supportive touchpoints to celebrate, reflect, or get unstuck.

Career & leadership assessment review
I’ll help you make meaning out of any assessments (like CliftonStrengths or 360 feedback) and apply them to your growth.
